File extension .rev is also used by WinRaR as the WinRAR Recovery Volume file extension. If WinRaR is installed it takes over the .rev. from Livecode.
Some other applications also use .rev.
If necessary I edit the registry to fix it.

Try this... drop a field onto a card and call it "fDisplay" Pull it into the shape you want. drop a button onto the card. put the code below into the button. -----------------------------------------------...

Re: iOS deployment of LiveCode from Windows?
If you develop on Windows, what can you deploy onto directly from Windows, and for what targets do you need to obtain a separate host (or VM, where possible)? Deploy to all targets from Windows EXCLUDING iOS .. IN THEORY, all deployments are the same, but there are differences that have to be taken...

Re: We're Funding LiveCode For the Web
Android uses C and Java not Javascript. Android uses javascript in the browser... I'm presuming (probably wrongly) that Runrev will be using a LLVM to Javascript compiler, like Emscriptem. Emscriptem has been forked over 700 times, so I would not be suprised if Runrev is using it, or something like...
