Re: Div and Mod with Variables

Up until the last node it looks ok.
I don't think it likes the last node in the XML file

<XmlNode xsi:nil="true"/>

Re: Div and Mod with Variables

One. I get an age output as a number in months for each node except the last one when all of the information comes out with an error. Two. I do not believe the "add" was doing anything actually. However, I can use the "divide" and get a correct value, but I can't use "div." I think it has to do ith...

Re: Div and Mod with Variables

Two error messages.
first error message is "bad document ID", then the second is "xmlerr, can't find element"
The initial load of the XML file is correct.
tAge is not a number.

Re: App Crashes on the screen with high resolution.

Hi Louis, The highest resolution Android device I have is the Galaxy J5 with a resolution of 294 ppi pixel density. So I don't see any problems on this device. It sounds like a bug. Might be a good idea to send a bug report to Livecode. They would probably like to know about bugs like this. http://q...

Re: App Crashes on the screen with high resolution.

Sorry Louis,
I thought you might be using the Native Android Browser object and had Hardware Acceleration switched on.
Try turning off AcceleratedRendering and see how it goes.
You might also try using one of the later LC 7 builds to see if that helps stop your app crashes.

Re: App Crashes on the screen with high resolution.

Hi Louis
In 6.7.8 they made changes to Android Hardware Acceleration.
I don't know if you are using it or not.
Does the app work ok if you turn it off?

That's the problem. We all have different priorities.

Re: I just stumbled upon Lazarus, pretty impressed

I was programming in Object Pascal using Borland Delphi for 12 years. When they sold out to Embarcadero I switched to Lazarus for most of the utilities I was working with.
Great software to use.

Hi Mike,
If I login to my LC account the Academy files are there.
