We would like to implement a customer-project using the CEF browser widget. Unfortunately, both the generated application and the process "libbrowser-cefprocess.exe" are blocked and deleted by various antivirus programs (Avast, Bitdefender, ...). Is there any solution for this?
Currently we use the commumnity-version for developing and testing (version 8.1.6). What LiveCode-license is required to build and deploy a commercial product?
Thanks Manfred

Welcome to the Forum.
I think you should submit a false-positive report to Avast and Bitdefender, as this sounds like a bug in their scanners. A couple of other LC users had similar problems with other antivirus software, and followed this approach.both the generated application and the process "libbrowser-cefprocess.exe" are blocked and deleted by various antivirus programs (Avast, Bitdefender, ...). Is there any solution for this?

Re: Problem with CEF browser widget
Got axactly the same issue.
Spoke the support guys at BitDefender and was told I must submit ticket and a sample of the files that are being blocked and removed by BitDefender.
The files that are blocked and removed is the compiled exe and Libbrowser-cefprocesess.exe.
There is a Browser widget on the main stack and two buttons.
That's it.
Any pointers would be appreciated.
Thanks
