Equivalent to libURLFormData for mobile

Hi all, can someone tell me what function to use in mobile to behave as libURLFormData behaves in the desktop?
I have a request that is working fine on the desktop but my App is to be deployed on mobile
Also how do I send a file using libURLFormData ? I wasn't able to find an explanation and/or example.
