Hi from France
LC Support added a certificate to my livecodehosting account. My .lc servers now work https fine .
But when I redirect my mydomain.com to the https url of my server, http://mydomain.com is OK but https://mydomain.com is KO (unsecure link) .
I guessed that I had to redirect to a dedicated IP address, so I bought one from LC host store. But I had no feedback of LC support regarding my purchase: is the address in production? what IP number? how to use it? Is anything available in cPanel? Why can I still buy a dedicated IP from my LC store account? Is it a solution to my unsecure link with https://mydomain.com.
Can you help me?

Apologies for the delay in responding to you. Unfortunately email from our ticket support centre is bouncing to your email address. Is there another email address we can use for you?
Your dedicated IP address has been set up, and I believe it should be working for you now. Any problems you experienced should be due to DNS propagation issues which should now be resolved. Please do get back in touch if you are still having problems.
