Developer needed for a spoken task with video input

I'd like to create a research instrument that plays a short video (10 seconds) followed by a participant's oral response to the video input. Participants speak to the person in the video while the video is playing. Participants' oral responses need to be recorded. I'd like to administer the instrument (stand-alone version) on a desktop computer (Mac). Let me know if you are interested. I have a rough template already created, so I can explain the instrument better via email or Zoom. I will pay $20/hour for the development.
