There was one version of LC where the prompt was missing from ask and answer dialogs after a new version of OS X was released. I can't recall when that was, but try running with LC 9.6.1 and see if that works. The issue was fixed in a later LC release.

Hi Jacque, I'm currently using LC 9.0.0 and following your suggestion I tried to install LC 9.6.1 a couple of times but didn't succeed:

Well, it's not a big problem for me anyway. I'll wait for future versions and try again.

I've never been a great fan of in-IDE upgrades, and much prefer to get my upgrades "from the horse's mouth":
