I'm not sure the SVG circle is working as you might expect it to, either that or both the graphic and image aren't ?

The SVG scales down, the image and graphic "look" like they are flipping on to their side and flattening out.

Then ignore the above, I thought it was supposed to be 3 different techniques for the same thing
