Here are the improvements:
The attachment Nav.png is no longer available
These buttons will insert a set of buttons into your revMenubar stack so you can rapidly position it in several places on your screen.

This shows my "ultimate hack"; an anorexic menuBar, grayscale icons and grayscale positioning buttons.

Having tried my stack on my laptop, I realised that it was just a bit too tall for my max screen res, so
this new version has a height of 710.

I think the reason why this does not work with Macintosh is because of the way part of the
revMenubar stack gets wrapped up with the standard top menu bar of Mac OS.
