Showcase of Android Apps made with LiveCode
Can anyone point me to any examples on the Google Play store of Apps that were made with LiveCode?
I just want to see what is possible using LiveCode and if they're free Apps then I'd love to see how they look on different sized screens.

Nothing?? ..
No one wants to show off something they created in LiveCode and is up on the Google Play Store?
I'm looking for inspiration on what can be achieved using LiveCode

Re: Showcase of Android Apps made with LiveCode
It seems this question has been asked before, and with no takers. Unsettling.
Here is an Android App that I have some people beta testing and that will end up on the play store when I'm done. I've tested it on a Motorola Electrify M phone (888x540), and a mongrel origin tablet with a larger screen, the simulator with an arbitrarily medium size screen, and it has adapted well to all. It obviously needs polishing on the interface design and graphics, but they're horrible, either. Give it a whirl - at least it's something to come to the plate with in answer to your question.
You probably won't get much use out of the app, since it's designed to time and log RC helicopter flights, but you might enjoy playing with it. It's a pretty complicated egg timer, though.

Go for it.

Re: Showcase of Android Apps made with LiveCode
it's been over 6 months .. in the mean time it feels like I've had 100 emails from RunRev trying to get me to upgrade to the commercial version but what I want to see is some examples of Apps created using LiveCode, especially now that there is supposed to be a resizing option available for screen sizes.
So please blow me away with some amazing examples of some Apps created recently with LiveCode.

Re: Showcase of Android Apps made with LiveCode
Peter Wood put together a website listing lots of LiveCode apps and it looks like he has five Android apps listed (as opposed to 21 iOS apps): http://livecode1001.blogspot.com.au/sea ... el/Android
I'm sure there a ton more Android ones not on his website but they do seem to be hard to track down!

Look for "Casey's Solitaire" in the Play Store. I wrote it mostly as a learning experience, but it's also a nice game in its own right, though it currently needs some tweaking to use LiveCode's new scaling abilites.
