Headers and encoding

Hello,
Some header of my datagrid contains accented chars. On macOS it's ok : "Bébés".
on iOS not : "BÈbÈs" (like if i display accented chars in Windows encoding on a mac) .

but when i set it, the header are in chinese !
How set the header in UTF8 ?
