This works for 9.6.11.But this does not work for 10 dp-7. What should I change?I've seen various posts related to issues with android deployment with respect to updating to 9.6.10. Let's see if we can have a centralized post dedicated to what exactly we need to tick off in android studio. For me, the following works:
For LiveCode 9.6.10:
For the SDK Platform: Use "Tiramasu" - API 33 and remove everything else.
For the SDK Build Tools: Use 31.0.0, and do not use 30.0.3 or anything higher than 31.0.0.
JAVA: Use Jave 8.0.
Also, the lesson says that the path for the SDK contains a folder called "Library." For me, that is not the case. The path for me is: C:/users/youruser/AppData/Local/Android/Sdk
Hope this helps!

Re: LC 10.0 dp-7 Android Deployment
Do you get any errors, and if so, what are they?

Re: LC 10.0 dp-7 Android Deployment
"could not encode class bundle" - which if I remember right, this was the same error I got when traversing through different versions of LC9. Will let you know once up an running.
Re: LC 10.0 dp-7 Android Deployment
Hi, I just resolved the same problem on a windows 10 machine. LC 10.0 dp-6
My Preferences settings are: In the build-tools folder of the sdk I have
28.0.3
33.0.0-rc4
33.0.1
In the platforms folder
android-23 and all versions up to and including android-33
One thing I found was, that Livecode did not like more than one version of the java jdk in the java folder, and also LC only worked with the jdk1.8.0_73 version, so something to check.
Hope this helps.
